1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the ph638 platform — including the website located at ph638.vip, the mobile-optimized version thereof, and all associated gaming services — you ("the Player," "you," or "User") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms") in their entirety.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ph638 ("ph638," "we," "us," or "the Company"). If you do not agree with any portion of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the ph638 platform and close your account if one has been created.

2. Eligibility

To register and maintain an active account on ph638, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a mandatory requirement under Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming in the Philippines. ph638 strictly prohibits the registration or participation of any person under 21 years old.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity).
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing ph638 from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of the Philippines.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of ph638, or an immediate family member of such a person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or self-excluded from ph638 or any affiliated gaming platform.

3. Account Registration

Each player may hold only one (1) registered account on ph638. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

When registering for a ph638 account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and email address.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to ensure it remains accurate at all times.
• Keep your account credentials — including your password and any two-factor authentication codes — strictly confidential and not share them with any third party.
• Notify ph638 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

ph638 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage. Accepted Philippine government-issued IDs include: PhilSys National ID, UMID, Passport, Driver's License, SSS ID, GSIS e-Card, and Voter's ID. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension.

4. Deposits & Payments

ph638 accepts deposits exclusively through the following authorized payment channels: GCash, PayMaya, BDO Online Banking, BPI Online Banking, and Metrobank Direct. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP).

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 per transaction unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion.
• Deposits are credited to your ph638 wallet instantly or within a few minutes depending on the payment channel.
• ph638 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Funds deposited must originate from a payment account registered in your own name.
• ph638 does not charge fees for deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose transaction fees at their discretion.
• ph638 reserves the right to decline deposits from payment methods that cannot be verified as belonging to the account holder.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests on ph638 are subject to the following conditions:

• Full KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed. This includes submission and approval of a valid Philippine government-issued ID and proof of payment method ownership.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200 per transaction.
• Withdrawals may only be made to payment accounts registered in the same name as the ph638 account holder. ph638 does not process third-party withdrawals.
• GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution.
• ph638 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on withdrawal requests above ₱50,000 per transaction or ₱200,000 per calendar month, in compliance with anti-money laundering obligations under Philippine law.
• Any pending bonus wagering requirements must be fully satisfied before a withdrawal can be processed from a bonus-associated balance.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

ph638 offers bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to verified players aged 21 and above who meet the eligibility criteria specified in each promotion.
• All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements will be stated clearly in each promotion's specific terms.
• Bonus funds may not be transferred, assigned, or shared between accounts.
• ph638 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, except where doing so would disadvantage players who have already begun satisfying wagering requirements.
• Abuse of bonuses — including the creation of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, exploitation of software errors, or collusion — will result in cancellation of all bonus funds and possible permanent account suspension.
• Welcome bonuses and first-deposit promotions are available only once per player, household, IP address, and payment method.

7. Gaming Rules

All games available on the ph638 platform — including live dealer games, slot machines, sports betting, sabong, bingo, and e-sports — are governed by game-specific rules published within each game interface or betting market. General gaming rules applicable across all ph638 products include:

• All bets are final once placed and confirmed by the ph638 system. ph638 does not accept requests to cancel or void bets after confirmation except in cases of demonstrable system error.
• In the event of a technical failure or disconnection during a game round, ph638's server logs will be used to determine the outcome. Where the outcome cannot be determined, the bet will be voided and the stake returned.
• ph638 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all non-live games. RNG systems are independently audited for fairness and compliance.
• Live dealer games are conducted by human dealers in licensed streaming studios. Game outcomes are determined by physical dealing and are final.
• Sports betting markets are settled based on official results from the relevant governing body. ph638 reserves the right to void markets where results cannot be officially confirmed.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ph638 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and potential reporting to relevant authorities:

• Using the platform for any purpose that violates Philippine law or PAGCOR regulations.
• Fraudulent activity, including chargeback fraud, payment fraud, or the use of stolen payment methods.
• Money laundering or any attempt to use ph638 to conceal, transfer, or legitimize proceeds of criminal activity.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus structures.
• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to play games or place bets on ph638.
• Exploitation of software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain. Any winnings derived from identified system errors are void.
• Harassment, abuse, or threatening behavior directed at ph638 staff, dealers, or other players.

9. Responsible Gaming

ph638 is committed to the promotion of responsible gaming and the protection of vulnerable players. In accordance with PAGCOR-aligned responsible gaming standards, ph638 provides the following player protection tools, accessible from the Account Settings section after login:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their ph638 account. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 48-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Players may set a maximum loss threshold per session, day, week, or month across all game types.
• Session Time Limits: Players may configure session duration reminders at 30, 60, or 90-minute intervals.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Players may apply a temporary account suspension of between 1 day and 6 months. During this period, the account cannot be accessed for gaming purposes.
• Self-Exclusion: Players seeking permanent exclusion from ph638 may submit a self-exclusion request through the responsible gaming settings or by contacting ph638 support. Self-exclusion is irreversible for a minimum period of 12 months.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the ph638 platform — including but not limited to software, game interfaces, graphics, logos, text, data, sound files, and the ph638 brand name — is the exclusive intellectual property of ph638 or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the ph638 platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any ph638 content without express written permission from ph638.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ph638 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the ph638 platform.
• Losses arising from internet connectivity failures, device malfunctions, or third-party service interruptions that affect platform access.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Decisions made on the basis of information provided on the ph638 platform, including odds, statistics, or promotional descriptions.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits ph638's liability for death or personal injury caused by gross negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

12. Account Termination

ph638 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, money laundering concerns, failure to complete KYC verification, or regulatory requirements. Upon account closure, ph638 will return any verified real-money balance (net of applicable bonus forfeitures) to the account holder's registered payment method within a reasonable time, except where such funds are subject to law enforcement hold or regulatory inquiry.

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting ph638 live chat support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 48 hours of receipt.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including disputes relating to account balances, game outcomes, bonus eligibility, or payment processing — shall first be submitted to ph638's internal dispute resolution process by contacting support via live chat or email at [email protected]. ph638 will respond to all formal dispute submissions within 5 business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through ph638's internal process, it may be escalated to the appropriate regulatory authority in the Philippines. The parties agree that the courts of the Philippines shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any unresolved legal disputes.

14. Amendments to These Terms

ph638 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the ph638 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using ph638 and may request voluntary account closure.
